General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions are applicable to all offers and agreements of Dierenpark Overloon Exploitatie B.V. with respect to the sale or purchase of e-tickets for admission to Dierenpark Overloon Exploitatie B.V. (hereinafter referred to as: ZooParc Overloon ).

ZooParc Overloon is located at Stevensbeekseweg 21 in Overloon (5825 JB) and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 62684493.

ZooParc Overloon reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions. By placing an order through the webshop you accept the offer of ZooParc Overloon.

Establishment of the agreement

With the complete and correct completion of the booking procedure on the ZooParc Overloon website, the agreement to purchase an e-ticket will be established between you and ZooParc Overloon. As soon as ZooParc Overloon has received the total price due for the e-tickets purchased by you, ZooParc Overloon will send you confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provided. ZooParc Overloon uses the payment environment of Ingenico Financial Solutions SA-NV (hereinafter: Ingenico) for the sale and payment of its e-tickets in the webshop. When you checkout your order, you have the choice between VISA and Mastercard. Once your payment is verified, we are informed that the order has been paid. The purchase amount is immediately debited and charged.

Correct data

You are responsible for providing correct and complete information when ordering the e-ticket. Providing incorrect or incomplete data can result in the fact that the e-ticket you desire will not be sent. ZooParc Overloon is in such a situation not obliged to any compensation towards you.

E-Tickets

Your e-ticket comes with a unique barcode. This barcode will be scanned at the entrance of ZooParc Overloon. Each e-ticket can be used once. Each e-ticket has a validity period/date. Outside this period/date the e-ticket is not valid. When leaving ZooParc Overloon, but in any case at closing time of ZooParc Overloon on the day of visit, the validity of the e-ticket and of unused parts of any package expires. At the request of an employee of ZooParc Overloon, the e-ticket must be shown. Resale, use for commercial purposes and/or counterfeiting of e-tickets is not allowed.

Access with e-tickets

An e-ticket is only valid if it is printed in good quality on paper (color or black and white) or if the e-ticket is displayed on the screen of a cell phone or tablet and the barcode can be scanned. E-tickets of which the barcode cannot be scanned, for example because the paper on which the e-ticket is printed is damaged or folded or because the barcode is otherwise illegible or only partially visible, are not valid and do not entitle you to admission to ZooParc Overloon. ZooParc Overloon is in such a situation not obliged to any compensation towards you.

Cancellation

The agreement to purchase an e-ticket cannot be dissolved by you. E-tickets will not be taken back by ZooParc Overloon, will not be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced by another admission ticket. The validity period/date stated on the e-ticket will not be extended by ZooParc Overloon.

Technicalfailure

ZooParc Overloon is not liable for the damage you suffer in case your order cannot be completed, processed and/or authorized in a correct or timely manner due to a technical malfunction of any kind. ZooParc Overloon will not be held liable for any compensation towards you in such a situation.

Park regulations

On the e-ticket purchase contract, in addition to the General terms and conditions e-tickets, the park regulations applicable. By entering ZooParc Overloon, you declare that you agree to this

park regulations. ZooParc Overloon reserves the right to modify the Park regulations.

Processing personal data

ZooParc Overloon processes your personal data with care and complies with the laws and regulations for the protection of personal data. The data provided by you during the ordering process of an e-ticket is processed for the execution of the agreement between you and ZooParc Overloon and in order to comply with our legal obligations. The data you provide will be kept as long as necessary for the purpose described above. On the processing of personal data the Privacy statement of ZooParc Overloon apply. For the payment of your e-tickets ZooParc Overloon uses the services of Ingenico, Ingenico is the data controller in this respect. On the processing of personal data by Ingenico the privacy statement of Ingenico is applicable. Ingenico applicable.
